How the Assessment-First Model Works

Prospective patients begin by completing a medical questionnaire covering health history, current medications, allergies, BMI data, and treatment goals. No payment information is collected at this stage. The completed assessment is submitted to a licensed provider in Florida or New York for individual review.

The provider evaluates clinical appropriateness, reviews potential contraindications, and determines whether GLP-1 treatment may be suitable for the individual. The review process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. If the provider determines treatment is not appropriate, the patient is not charged and receives an explanation.

Semaglutide, studied in the STEP trial program published in the New England Journal of Medicine, demonstrated approximately 15% mean weight loss at 68 weeks in non-diabetic adults in the STEP 1 trial. Tirzepatide, a dual GLP-1 + GIP agonist studied in the SURMOUNT trial program, showed up to approximately 22% mean weight loss at 72 weeks at the highest dose in SURMOUNT-1.
