2. Telehealth Services

EdenRx provides telehealth-based weight management services. All treatments require evaluation and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. Treatment is not guaranteed for every patient. Our services are available only in jurisdictions where our providers are licensed to practice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Medical Disclaimer

EdenRx is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Individual results vary. The information on this platform is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice until you are under the care of one of our providers.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual). Payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, once medication has been shipped, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. If your treatment is denied by a provider before any medication is shipped, you will not be charged for medication. Administrative and onboarding fees may be non-refundable. 7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your patient dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current period.

Medications are shipped via standard carriers in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. Shipping is initiated the same day as approval, with delivery typically within 5 business days. EdenRx is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the patient.

9. Prescription Requirement

All medications dispensed through EdenRx require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. Prescriptions are issued only after thorough medical evaluation and are subject to the provider's clinical judgment.

10. State Coverage

EdenRx currently provides services to residents of Florida and New York only. Treatment availability is determined by the state licensure of our healthcare providers. We do not offer services to patients in states where our providers are not licensed to practice. We are expanding to additional states as regulatory compliance allows.

11. Medication Fulfillment

Medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies that comply with federal and state pharmacy regulations. EdenRx is not a pharmacy. Our pharmacy partners may vary based on patient location and treatment. No medication is shipped without a valid provider prescription. Medications are compound formulations that are not FDA-approved under the same NDA as brand-name equivalents.
