If you are not approved by a provider, you will not be charged
Duplicate charges due to a billing error — full refund issued promptly
Billing occurred after a confirmed cancellation — full refund

Not Eligible for Refund:

Once medication has been prescribed and/or shipped — all sales are final
No refunds will be issued after fulfillment has begun
Partial use of a subscription period — no partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
