EdenRx Partner Referral Terms

1. No Medical Claims

Partners may not make any medical claims, treatment promises, or health outcome guarantees in connection with EdenRx services. You may not state or imply that EdenRx products or services will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. All referrals must be made in a factual, non-medical context.

2. No Spam or Unsolicited Communications

Partners are prohibited from sending unsolicited emails, text messages, or other communications to promote their referral link. All promotional activity must comply with applicable federal and state anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA. Partners found to be engaging in spam activity will be permanently removed from the program and may forfeit any pending commissions.

3. No Misleading Advertising

Partners may not use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising in connection with EdenRx or the referral program. This includes but is not limited to: false price claims, fabricated testimonials, misleading before-and-after imagery, and claims that conflict with EdenRx's published materials. All advertising must comply with FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Partners may not guarantee any specific weight loss results, approval outcomes, or medical outcomes. EdenRx programs are subject to provider evaluation and not all applicants are approved. Partners must include appropriate disclosures that individual results vary and that treatment requires provider approval.

5. No Unauthorized Prescription Claims

Partners may not state or imply that EdenRx will automatically prescribe medications, or that any specific medication is guaranteed upon enrollment. All prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of a licensed healthcare provider.

6. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are earned only on eligible, successfully completed purchases made through your unique referral link. A purchase is considered complete only when full payment is received and processed by EdenRx. The default commission rate is 10% of the eligible order subtotal, subject to the exclusions in Section 7.

7. Non-Eligible Transactions

No commission will be paid on the following transactions:

• Refunded orders, whether partial or full
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Failed payment attempts
• Canceled orders or subscriptions
• Duplicate referrals from the same customer
• Self-referrals (partner enrolling themselves)
• Orders placed before your referral link was active
• Fraudulent or suspicious orders as determined by EdenRx

8. Commission Status and Payout

Commissions pass through the following statuses: Pending (awaiting clearing period), Approved (eligible for payout), Paid (disbursed to partner), and Reversed (clawed back due to refund or violation). Commissions are reviewed monthly. EdenRx reserves the right to hold commissions pending fraud review.

9. Partner Conduct and Removal

EdenRx reserves the right to pause, suspend, or permanently remove any partner from the program for any violation of these terms, or for any conduct deemed harmful to EdenRx's reputation, patients, or business. Upon removal, all pending commissions may be forfeited.

10. Privacy and HIPAA

Partners do not have access to any patient health information and must not attempt to obtain, store, or process such information. EdenRx is a HIPAA-conscious platform. Any partner found to be attempting to access patient data will be immediately terminated and may face legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

EdenRx may update these terms at any time. Continued use of your referral link after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Notices will be sent to the email address provided at enrollment.
